Deliver a robust administration function that supports IFM service delivery across all sites.

  • Ensure accurate and timely month-end financial reporting, including P&L ownership within SAP.
  • Provide detailed analysis, forecasting, and reporting to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Collate and present financial data, trends, and benchmarking insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support the operational team with governance, project tracking, and billing accuracy.
  • Lead training sessions to enhance financial and commercial awareness among site teams.
  • Act as the first point of contact for financial and administrative queries from stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance with Sodexo accounting standards, ethical practices, and client governance requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Finance and Admin Lead to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in financial reporting, administration, or commercial support roles.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with SAP and Power BI is desirable.
  • Working towards or holding a professional accounting qualification (CA/ACCA/CIMA).
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative approach with the confidence to challenge and influence where needed.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to work flexibly across multiple sites in the UK&I region.
