Job Title: Finance & Admin Lead – South (Hybrid)

Location: South England

Bonus- 10% Functional bonus

About the Role

We are seeking adynamic and detail-oriented Finance & Admin Lead to deliver and govern arobust administration function supporting Integrated Facilities Management(IFM) across multiple service lines and sites in the South. You will play apivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy, enhancing data analysiscapability, and enabling operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the month-end process and ensure P&L accuracy within SAP
  • Deliver proactive financial analysis and benchmarking across sites
  • Lead data reporting and trend analysis to support contract development
  • Support project management teams with accurate and timely financial inputs
  • Provide training to improve site-level financial and commercial knowledge
  • Govern client billing, purchase orders, and project cost allocation
  • Participate in client and internal governance reviews

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in finance or supply management (desirable)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP and Power BI (desirable)
  • Working towards or qualified (CA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, methodical, and process driven
  • Strong analytical capabilities and commercial awareness
