Permanent Office based role working 35hrs-40hrs per week

Own transport is necessary due to lack of transport links.

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting for a Finance and Accounts Assistant for a company based in Knowsley, Liverpool.

The Role

Working in a team of 3, you will be responsible for helping to support the overall finance function of this Distribution company.

Duties

1. Reconciling accounts
2. Invoicing
3. Sales Ledger
4. Purchase Ledger
5. Credit Control
6. Bank reconciliation
7. Invoice query resolution
8. Supplier statements
9. Cash book

Experience Required

1. Must be proficient in Excel reporting.
2. SAGE 200 experience ideal but would consider someone with SAGE 50.
