Finance Analyst (Resident & Housing Services) – Resident Services

Salary: £46,512 - £56,646 (depending on experience)

Working pattern: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home

Your role: You will be a Business Partner within the Resident and Housing Services Team, providing financial expertise across services like customer services, libraries, cemeteries, and community hubs. You'll collaborate with budget holders, offering strategic financial advice to support decision-making and resource management, playing a key role in financial excellence and impactful community services.

Requirements:

  • Part-qualified accountant or AAT qualification, with an interest in a technical finance role.
  • Interest in local government funding mechanisms and statutory regulations.
  • Experience in local government is advantageous, but applications from public sector, charities, or not-for-profits are welcome.
