Project Finance Analyst - Join a Leading Force in the Maritime Industry

We're a rapidly growing Maritime business at the forefront of innovation and expansion. With a dynamic portfolio of high-value projects and a strong growth trajectory, we're now looking for a Project Finance Analyst to strengthen our finance team and help steer our success.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified finance professional who thrives on data and is eager to make a real impact. As Project Finance Analyst, you'll play a central role in the financial management of complex projects, partnering closely with operations and leadership to provide insight, challenge, and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project cost control, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting

  • Developing and implementing robust financial controls and procedures across projects

  • Identifying and managing financial risks and opportunities

  • Working with the Programme Management Office to maintain key project documentation, including financial logs, risk registers, and milestone charts

  • Supporting with contract pricing and commercial analysis

  • Preparing and presenting monthly financial updates to senior leadership, highlighting performance, risks, and key issues

  • Delivering ad-hoc financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making

Requirements:
  • CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified

  • A passion for data, with strong analytical and financial modelling skills

  • Experience in project finance, cost management or business partnering roles

  • A collaborative mindset and the confidence to engage with stakeholders across all levels

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
