Description
  • Process invoices, payments, and expenses across group companies
  • Maintain cash trackers, bank reconciliations, and accurate financial records
  • Prepare draft management accounts, board packs, budgets, and forecasts
  • Support variance analysis and liaise on VAT, tax, and audit matters
  • Maintain statutory registers and file Companies House submissions
  • Draft board minutes, resolutions, and support board meetings
  • Coordinate with legal, tax, and compliance advisors as needed
Profile

A successful Finance Analyst should have:

  • AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA, with a strong academic background in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 1-3 years' experience in finance, accounting, or company secretarial support, ideally within financial services
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and administrative skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in accounting tools and Excel; able to manage reporting across multiple entities
  • Good understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in financial services
  • Legal or company secretarial experience is a plus
  • Professional, proactive, and capable of working independently
