Description
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses across group companies
- Maintain cash trackers, bank reconciliations, and accurate financial records
- Prepare draft management accounts, board packs, budgets, and forecasts
- Support variance analysis and liaise on VAT, tax, and audit matters
- Maintain statutory registers and file Companies House submissions
- Draft board minutes, resolutions, and support board meetings
- Coordinate with legal, tax, and compliance advisors as needed
Profile
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
- AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA, with a strong academic background in finance, accounting, or a related field
- 1-3 years' experience in finance, accounting, or company secretarial support, ideally within financial services
- Strong analytical, organisational, and administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in accounting tools and Excel; able to manage reporting across multiple entities
- Good understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in financial services
- Legal or company secretarial experience is a plus
- Professional, proactive, and capable of working independently
Job Offer
