Sharp Consultancy's client, a well-established multi-site organisation in the North, seeks a Finance Analyst to deliver financial insight, highlight risks and opportunities, and support senior stakeholders. You will help improve processes and reporting, collaborate across teams, and drive better commercial decisions through analysis, forecasting and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Qualified or part qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience working with finance and non-finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with teams to inform decisions and improvements.
• Improve performance via workforce planning and operational efficiency.
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and analytics.
• Work with data/reporting teams to ensure reports support strategic objectives.
• Promote best practices and standardise costing processes across entities.
• Identify revenue opportunities and resolve issues with operations and finance.
• Support credit control in resolving queries and outstanding balances.
• Present financial insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
