Job description

A fantastic role has arisen for a Finance Analyst to join a renowned FMCG company based in Greenford.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that all overhead expenditures across the UK are thoroughly understood, scrutinised, and managed effectively.

It is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual eager to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment where they can truly showcase their skills and make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the Overheads forecasting, budgeting, cost tracking and reporting processes
  2. Business partner with Head of Department and Cost Centre holders
  3. Budgeting and forecasting
  4. Provide regular and ad hoc analysis on Overhead spends to key stakeholders
  5. Drive and provide financial support on all Overhead related projects
  6. Continually look for and challenge ways of reducing Overhead costs
  7. Review and follow up on relevant monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  8. Work with the Tax and other finance teams to ensure Intrastat, tax and other relevant external financial reporting is timely and accurate
  9. Work with the Shared Service Centre (SSC) and business stakeholders to ensure appropriate processes are being followed and KPIs achieved for all SSC work associated with your areas of responsibility
  10. Support the UK Finance Manager on financial audits, finance projects and other ad hoc work on a need basis
Requirements:
  1. Part-Qualified (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) or equivalent

  3. Experience with SAP or SAP4Hana
