Finance Analyst - Crew

Team

We are seeking a proactive and results‑oriented Finance Analyst to join our Crew Finance team within Operations Finance as a true business partner. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various functions, including finance and the operations teams, to provide critical financial support and insights. Your responsibilities will encompass budget setting, monthly reporting and analysis, re‑forecasting, business case evaluation, and 5‑year planning.

Job Accountabilities
  • Drive business performance through detailed cost analysis, accurate forecasting, and continuous process improvements.
  • Provide critical financial evaluation and decision support for ad‑hoc projects and cost‑saving initiatives.
  • Support ensuring financial accuracy and timely reporting of crew costs.
  • Maintain strong cross‑functional relationships and provide subject matter expertise to diverse stakeholders.
  • Key performance indicators include maintaining cost per aircraft block hour and crew productivity, and effectively tracking company initiatives to meet financial goals.
Requirements of the Role
  • Qualified accountant with experience handling large, complex entities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in variance analysis, and adept at delivering detailed insights to support procurement and crew operations teams.
  • Effective communication and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels are essential.
  • Demonstrate the commercial value of finance projects and explain financial concepts to non‑financial audiences.
  • Proactive team player who works independently, offers innovative solutions, and exhibits high motivation and enthusiasm.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including basic macros, and experience with TM1 is preferred.
  • Self‑starter with a passion for finance and a drive to excel.

Location & Hours of Work
