Eversheds Sutherland is seeking a motivated Finance Analyst to join our Finance team in supporting day-to-day supplier invoicing and payments. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will help ensure accurate, timely payments and respond to finance queries from colleagues and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Some experience in an administrative, finance or accounts‑based role.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately when processing financial information.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Good communication skills, with the confidence to build positive working relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
• The ability to manage queries effectively and follow them through to resolution.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• A positive and flexible approach to supporting colleagues and contributing to team objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support the day‑to‑day processing of supplier invoices and payments, helping to ensure invoices are paid accurately and on time.
• Check and process supplier invoices, respond to invoice and payment queries, and assist colleagues and suppliers with finance‑related enquiries.
