DHL, an award-winning, leading supply chain business is seeking a Finance Analyst to play a vital role within our Finance function, performing all accounting processes for their respective operation.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing all accounting processes in scope for your area of responsibility, such as month-end activities and reconciliations, while ensuring to meet all KPI requirements.
  • Adherence to finance processes and accurate, timely report production
  • Providing regular updates to the Accounting Manager on process completion, issue resolution and highlighting any escalations
  • Identifying any opportunities for continuous improvement

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • Strong Excel, pivot tables, V Lookups and formulas
  • Clear, effective communicator both verbally and written
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • 1-2 years finance experience minimum
  • Knowledge of financial compliance and reporting requirements
  • Experience in accounting in a logistics or similar industry – desirable
