As a Finance Analyst in the Account to Report team within Finance Delivery, you'll help deliver accounting and reporting services to our Commercial Finance customers based in Osterley, Munich & Milan, while embracing our culture of continuous improvement to ensure processes are efficient and effective.

What You'll Do

• Perform period-end close activities, providing insightful and accurate reporting.
• Deliver complex work and support projects where appropriate.
• Manage P&L and Balance Sheet accounts autonomously, reconciling balances in line with Sky's policies.
• Lead P&L and BS calls with Commercial Finance for your area.
• Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects such as report automation and standardisation.
• Assist with internal and external audit queries, liaising directly with auditors.
• Own end-to-end responsibility for a set of Statutory Accounts.
• Ensure controls are effectively designed and operated.
• Engage in ad-hoc project work as required.

What you'll bring

• Experience as a Finance Analyst capable of navigating a large organisation.
• A self-motivated, conscientious team player eager to develop a finance career.
• Ability to work within the GL team on end-to-end processes with minimal support.
• Proven track record of delivering continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of SAP system is desirable.
• Ideally studying towards a professional accountancy qualification.
