Very excitingly, EMEAA has recently purchased a fantastic new production facility in Wisconsin USA, Octopi Beverages. This marks a key step forward in accelerating our growth journey and realizing our ambitions for our Global Brands, most notably Asahi Super Dry for North America.

We are looking for a Finance Analyst to support key markets across EMEAA based with our central team in Woking (UK). You will manage financial processes for our Sweden and Switzerland branch markets, including analysing and tracking investment decisions and spend management and tracking. Acting as a key liaison between Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Operations, you will ensure accurate financial management and reporting. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Swedish commercial team to support target delivery and play a vital role in rolling forecast preparations. As part of the team, you will engage with Asahi Business Services (ABS) and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes in our evolving branch markets. This role requires strong financial acumen and a business partnering mindset to drive informed decision-making. Primary Responsibilities:

In Market Responsibilities
  • Support month-end activities for a variety of markets, in particular Sweden.
  • Tracking and updating of investments in outlets. Work with commercial teams to ensure our investments are on track.
Business Partnering and Commercial Management
  • Spend tracking, monitoring, and management.
  • Assisting in the preparation of management reports to support Finance Business Partners and country managers in decision making process.
  • Support tracking and management of marketing spend vs Budget, across all EMEAA markets.
Management Reporting
  • Assist Finance Business Partners in the development of the EMEAA forecasts and Budgets, and the preparation of the presentation of forecasts to management.
  • Consolidation of market performance data.
Processes
  • Assisting the ongoing development of processes across both Finance and in Market, particularly linking in across Customer service and Supply Chain.
  • Ensuring clear and clean financial information for reporting purposes. Key link in with the ABS team.
  • Intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience of a consumer goods company is advantageous, but not a requirement
  • Strong systems skills, including SAP B1 and HFM
  • Strong Excel knowledge and capabilities including key data formulas (SUMIF, V/H/XLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, etc.) and pivot tables.
  • Solid PowerPoint skills with the ability to create effective presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with and communicate to both finance and non-finance stakeholders

Education and Experience:

  • The ideal candidate will be newly or part qualified (CIMA/ACCA)
  • At the minimum you’ll have spent two years in a relevant role including exposure to FP&A or commercial finance, analysing costs, understanding variances and providing commentary.
