To provide financial and operational analysis, data interpretation, planning, and business reporting to managers of the business.

A Day in the Life:

To provide financial and operational analysis, data interpretation, planning, and business reporting to managers of the business.

What You’ll Do:

1. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports and analyses such as Monthly Operating Review, Corporate Board meetings, Business Planning, Monthly Forecasts, etc.
2. Ad hoc reports and data analysis.
3. Preparation of presentations.
4. Support team members in financial planning and analysis.
5. Network analysis and opportunity identification.
6. Partner with business leaders to assist with budgeting, forecasting, and understanding financial results.
7. Provide vendor analysis, headcount reporting, and liaise with country partners and finance teams.

What We’re Looking For:

Educational Background:

• Degree educated.
• Qualified or actively studying towards CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.

Professional Experience:

• Broad financial experience; accounting qualification is advantageous but not essential.
• Proficiency in systems; knowledge of Hyperion is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Understanding of commercial and operational activities in a service industry.
• Advanced Excel skills (speed, accuracy, innovation).
• Adaptability, effective communication, flexibility, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
