As our Finance Analyst you will assist with crucial revenue and cost analysis, help produce monthly KPI reports and support with month end work and management accounting. You will also be working closely with other departments, assisting with forecasts and budgets, while providing insights and aid decision making for key stakeholders.

Proactively assist the GEO business area to ensure understanding of the financial results. Develop reporting and analysis that gives real transparency of results. Help highlight potential areas for improvement and help achieve maximum potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and challenge revenue and costs across the business.
• Accurately allocate costs to correct business area
• Assist with monthly KPI reporting
• Support month end work and management accounting
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
• Working closely with other departments to provide insights and assist in decision making
  
  

What Will Make You Stand Out

• AAT qualified or Degree in finance.
• 1.5+ years’ experience within a finance department
• Good communication skills are key. Being able to display and explain financial information to areas of the business and their impacts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in Accounting Software and Tools
• Highly organized and has an eye for details
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
