Whether working in our Operations, Technical, Race or Business Support functions, we are all in and aspire to build the greatest team in the history of our sport.

Every individual plays their part. No stone is left unturned in the chase for every tenth of a second. The history of our sport is long and rich, and we are continuing our journey with renewed effort year on year. Record books remember the names of a few, but history is written by the many.

About the Role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance Operations team, supporting our Travel function. This role reports into the Finance Business Partner for Travel and plays a key part in delivering a high-quality finance service at the heart of Formula One operations.

This is a fast-paced role within our Finance Operations Teams, supporting the financial management of team travel. You’ll work closely with both teams to ensure costs are managed and reported clearly, while also helping to translate data into meaningful analysis that supports planning, forecasting and decision making across a busy travel calendar.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Deliver accurate month-end accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations.

  • Own the analysis and coding of travel invoices across multiple cost centres and race events.

  • Ensure purchase orders are raised correctly, with accurate cost centre and expense type allocations and supporting documentation where required.

  • Develop and maintain robust analysis, insight and reporting for Travel.

  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles for all Travel-related costs.

  • Liaise with key business stakeholders to ensure finance matters are captured and actioned.

  • Support the tracking and recharging of 3rd party customer travel costs, including raising sales orders.

  • Assist in finance projects, including the optimisation of internal reporting from a Financial Regulations perspective.

What You’ll Bring:

  • ACCA / CIMA Part Qualified.

  • Previous experience in a Finance role with strong understanding of journal postings, accruals, and reconciliations.

  • High proficiency in Excel; SAP experience is desirable.

  • Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail.

  • Clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • High accuracy and reliability with financial data.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proactive, curious and always looking to improve how things are done.

  • Comfortable in a high-performance, deadline-driven environment with competing demands.

  • A creative problem solver who builds effective relationships across functions.

  • Highly motivated with the determination and resilience to see things through.

  • Confident in making sense of complex data and turning it into meaningful insight.

What We Offer:

Our riverside campus is powered by 100% renewably sourced energy and includes an on-site gym, exercise studio, subsidised restaurant, and on-site parking with EV chargers. Please note this role is to be based onsite, 4 days a week.

We also offer a competitive benefits package including a generous bonus scheme, Mercedes car lease scheme, private medical cover, life assurance, and 25 days’ holiday. We pride ourselves on our family-friendly culture and team-wide focus on well-being.
