Assessment Centre

If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to an in-person assessment centre on either Thursday 11th September or Friday 12th September in Salford Quays.

Duration: Approximately 2.5 hours

Activities:

  • A structured interview
  • A practical finance-based exercise

What you’ll do

As a key member of our finance team, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Data Analysis & Insight: Dive deep into large data sets to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities. Prepare accurate financial reports and provide insightful commentary to support strategic decisions.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with finance colleagues and business units to challenge assumptions, influence decisions, and drive value.
  • Financial Control: Ensure robust financial controls are in place and adhered to, maintaining the integrity of our financial data.
  • Problem Solving: Act as a go-to expert for complex queries, proactively resolving issues and identifying root causes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement operational efficiencies to streamline processes and enhance performance.
