Job summary

Project People in Theale is seeking a Finance Analyst to provide financial, commercial and operational insight to drive overhead efficiency and better business decisions.

The role covers management reporting, month-end, budgeting and forecasting, and building robust financial models. Power BI experience is desirable and strong stakeholder communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA considered.
• Strong analytical, modelling and Excel skills required.
• Commercial mindset with attention to detail and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Produce management reporting and analyse overhead performance, trends and variances.
• Support month-end activities including journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting, developing robust financial models.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and process improvement.
• Develop reporting and dashboards, including Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support external audit requirements.
