The Role

As a Finance Analyst within our Accounting Operations team, you will play a key role in supporting the accounts payable function. You’ll be responsible for processing invoices, managing approval workflows, and ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing within a robust financial controls framework. Working closely with both finance colleagues and wider business stakeholders, you’ll help maintain high standards of compliance and efficiency, while proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and keep meticulous records will be essential to your success in this busy, fast-paced environment.

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.

The Person

We are seeking a motivated individual with experience in accounts payable or similar transactional finance roles. You should be comfortable processing invoices, following up on approvals, and working with minimal supervision. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes are essential. You should be able to thrive in a busy environment, juggling multiple priorities and sourcing information independently.

You’re a collaborative team player who stays calm under pressure and adapts quickly to change. You take initiative, communicate well, and are open to feedback. Above all, you demonstrate integrity, support others, and help create a positive, inclusive team culture.

Our values of integrity, community and alignment are the guiding principles that influence our behaviour. They help us make decisions and shape our relationships with others. They’re what we stand for. You will actively demonstrate our values, helping to create a safe environment, to place the needs of the community above oneself and, through a culture of ‘fair challenge’, align to the best interests of our members.
