Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our outsourced Customer Care team and their senior management teams. This hybrid role is perfect for someone with finance experience or an eagerness to learn, who is looking to take on significant business partnering responsibilities while also focusing on key financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strong experience in finance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in management accounting and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Proven experience in business partnering and building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong time management and resilience to handle a high-volume workload and competing priorities.
  • Experience with KPI reporting and performance analysis.
  • Ability to present financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences.
