Job summary

Mackie Myers Ltd in Oxford is seeking a Finance Analyst to join the finance team. The role offers broad exposure across financial analysis, reporting and planning and involves working closely with finance and operational teams to deliver insights that drive business performance.

You will report to the Head of FP&A and contribute to regular analysis, budgeting, forecasting and senior stakeholder reporting in a collaborative, multi-entity environment. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Previous FP&A/financial analysis or commercial finance experience.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience in an international or multi-entity environment is advantageous.
• Analytical and commercially aware with good attention to detail.
• Confident communicating financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• Able to collaborate across different areas of the business.
• Comfortable working with stakeholders across locations and functions.

Responsibilities

Mackie Myers has partnered with an established Oxford based business to appoint a Finance Analyst to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a collaborative organisation, working closely with finance and operational teams and gaining broad exposure across financial analysis, reporting and planning.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will play an important role in providing financial insight and analysis to support business performance and decision-making. You will work across a range of reporting, planning and analytical activities, helping to ensure the business has clear, accurate and timely financial information.

Main Duties
