About the Role
Finance Analyst - Real Estate | London (Hybrid) | £38,000-£45,000 + Study Support
Are you a part-qualified finance professional with a passion for property? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic real estate business at a key stage of its growth, offering exposure to commercial analysis, asset performance, and strategic decision-making.

We're partnering with a leading London-based real estate investment and asset management firm looking to appoint a Part-Qualified Finance Analyst to their commercial finance team.
The Role:
This position will sit at the heart of the finance function, supporting the business with:

  • Financial performance analysis of assets and portfolios across residential and commercial sites
  • Preparing monthly reporting packs, dashboards, and board summaries
  • Assisting in the budgeting, forecasting and cash flow modelling processes
  • Partnering with asset managers, surveyors, and senior stakeholders to drive data-led decisions
  • Supporting business cases for new investments, disposals, and development projects
Ideal Candidate:
  • Part-qualified (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) with 1-3 years' experience in a finance analyst or management accounting role
  • Background in real estate, property management, or asset-heavy industries preferred
  • Strong Excel skills (modelling, pivot tables, lookups); exposure to Yardi, QUBE, or MRI is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and commercial acumen
