Knight Frank is looking to hire a Finance Analyst to join our Accounts Department based at 55 Baker Street.

Role:
This role will report into the Finance Business Partner and will be responsible for ensuring all project costs are charged to the relevant codes, ensuring they are budgeted for and charged out correctly, along with helping set the budget and forecast for the overall Business Services costs and report on the actual spend.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the budgeting and forecasting process for Business Services costs.
• Responsible for ensuring that the project costs are correctly charged to the relevant department.
• Dealing with departmental queries.
• Review Project Costs and Business Services costs with the relevant Project Manager and Department Head.
• Assisting with the production of monthly management accounts (completing all journals) to a strict timetable.
• Reviewing Business Services and Project management accounts to ensure all costs have been correctly allocated to all departments.
• Assisting the Finance Business Partner with analysis on various investment opportunities.
• Look for ways to continue to improve our month end, budget, forecast processes.

Key Experience Required:

• Qualified ACCA/CIMA or ACA.
• Management Accounts background (essential).
• Experience of SAP (preferred).
• Good Excel skills.
