Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Finance Analyst for the UKPP & ANZ regions to partner on OPEX budgeting, forecasting and month‑end reporting. You will work with Marketing, VM, PR, Store Design and Training teams to ensure forecasts reflect latest business plans and trading performance.

Ideal candidates will be pursuing ACCA/CIMA, have strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables) and a numerate, detail‑oriented mindset to support commercial analysis across regions.

Qualifications

• Studying towards ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Retail experience desirable.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to build financial models.

About The Role

We're excited to be recruiting for a Finance Analyst - UKPP & ANZ.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone in the early stages of their finance career who is keen to develop their commercial finance experience within a fast‑paced, growing business. The role will focus on OPEX business partnering and provide exposure to month‑end reporting, forecasting, budgeting and commercial analysis across the UKPP and ANZ regions.

As a Finance Analyst - UKPP & ANZ, you will

• Work with the Marketing, VM, PR, Store Design and Training teams to ensure budgets and reforecasts reflect the latest business plans and trading performance
• Identify and communicate risks and opportunities within the forecast
• Support post‑investment appraisals and ROI analysis for commercially approved initiatives
• Maintain accurate cost and purchase order trackers, working with the Shared Services team to monitor invoices, accruals and prepayments
• Co‑ordinate monthly review meetings with budget holders to ensure expenditure is recognised accurately and on time
• Prepare month‑end commentary packs presenting actual performance against budget, forecast and prior year for senior management
• Work with the Shared Services team to validate month‑end journal postings and ensure the accuracy of the accounts
• Prepare and post recharge journals to ensure costs and other financial entries are recorded accurately
• Work with business partners and the Accounts Payable team to complete the monthly Travel and Entertainment reconciliation
• Approve POs and enforce the PO policy, providing training to new starters and ensuring teams adhere to the policy
• Support internal and external audit requests by providing accurate and timely financial informationIdentify opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting and processes

Who You Will Work With

You’ll work closely with the Finance Manager and cross‑functional teams, developing the skills and experience required to progress towards a professional finance qualification

About You

• Studying towards, or intending to begin studying towards, an ACCA or CIMA qualification
• Previous experience in retail would be desirable
• Strong Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and pivot tables, with an interest in building financial models
• Numerate and analytical, with strong attention to detail
• Able to think logically and approach tasks in a structured way
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn
• A clear communicator who is comfortable working with finance and non‑finance colleagues
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and growing business
