Are you an ambitious and highly analytical finance professional seeking a step up in responsibilities and an opportunity within an internationally acclaimed business?

We have recently partnered with a logistics firm based in Grays who turnover £2 billion to recruit a Finance Analyst to join their established finance team.

They are ideally looking for talented Finance Analysts within the local area to take responsibility for a wide variety of financial reporting and analysis, and they are offering a competitive salary up to £28,000, annual bonuses, study support, a clear route for progression, and more market-leading benefits.

What you will do:

  1. Responsible for data interpretation and providing insight into financial performance across the Group's four divisions.
  2. Producing accurate and timely financial reports - orchestrating weekly and monthly P&L reports.
  3. Producing variance analysis, sales v margin analysis, cost analysis.
  4. Delivering a variety of reports/analysis to key stakeholders regularly.
  5. Supporting the finance team with month-end procedures.
  6. Contributing to ongoing continuous improvement of processes within the team.

What you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Finance Analyst / Accounts Assistant.
  • Experience in producing financial reports.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Studying towards an AAT/ACCA qualification.
