An established industry player is seeking two Finance Analysts to join their Waste Management Accounting team. This hybrid role involves collaborating with operational teams, preparing budgets and forecasts, and driving financial performance. You will support capital investment papers and develop robust financial models to aid decision-making. This is a Financial Planning and Performance Analyst role within the Operations Finance team and reports to the Head of Finance for Waste and Bioresources.
The role will business partner the members of the Waste and Bioresources Senior Leadership team and is responsible for performance reporting, forecasting and analysis. The key purpose for the role is to drive optimal performance at the best value for money across both opex and capex investments.

Base location – Hybrid – Clearwater Court Reading.
Necessary requirement – Full UK driving licence as travel around the Thames Valley region is required.
