YOUR ROLE

As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Business Analysts, preparing reports, and providing insights that will support strategic planning and business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor financial performance and deliver actionable recommendations. This role would also be suitable for someone looking to step into a Finance role.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Complete timely weekly postings of central costs.
• Monitor journals ensuring accurate postings and liaising with cross functional teams.
• Create, post and distribute the Revenue accrual file on a monthly basis.
• Distributing the PO report to BA’s and FBP’s on a weekly basis, maintaining control of aged POs by liaising with the teams.
• Full ownership of weekly and monthly Interfaces (Zenith, Etips and Subit).
• Deal/escalate any queries and issues to ensure the reports and systems are accurate.
• Agree and post the weekly Ground journal and month end accrual.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or data analyst role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
