Job summary

Recruiit in Nottingham is seeking a Finance Analyst to join a high-performing finance team. You will model and analyse performance, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide insightful management accounting outputs to drive business decisions.

The role involves regular reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly), working with stakeholders across the business, and contributing to commercial projects. Strong Excel skills and a commercial mindset are essential. Hybrid working available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a finance analyst or modeller with budgeting/forecasting.
• Strong communication and commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to translate numbers into business performance.

Working for an impressive Head of Finance, you will be a strong finance analyst/modeller with good analytical and management accounts experience, someone great with numbers and detail, who also has a commercial mind-set about them and understands how the numbers translate into changes within business performance.
