Salary: £30-38K (DOE) + benefits

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Global Operations Finance team. Working in the FP&A team, the successful candidate will be responsible for reporting, analysis, and business support for key teams in our organization.

Key Areas of Responsibility

1. Provide support to the FP&A manager and the global operations leadership team.
2. Provide leadership and finance business partners with monthly updates on financials, offering insights and guidance to aid management decision-making.
3. Participate in monthly accounting processes, including preparing actuals, variance analysis, risk/opportunities analysis, and reporting.
4. Be involved in the quarterly forecast process and the annual planning process.
5. Lead reporting and analysis on labor metrics.
6. Support ad hoc reporting and analytics as needed.
7. Drive improvements and consistency in finance processes and develop reporting tools that support business decisions.
8. Assist in enhancing project reporting and analysis.

Qualifications and Required Attributes

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business discipline.
• Working towards professional qualification (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills; able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and provide insights.
• Good time management skills; capable of managing workload and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools - Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI is advantageous.
