Overview
- The Online and Distribution team forms part of a larger Commercial Finance team consisting of Trading Finance, Healthcare Finance, Retail Finance, Procurement and Property & Investments Finance
- A great opportunity within the Online & Distribution Commercial Finance team as a Finance analyst supporting Warehouse and Distribution
- The team provides financial analysis and support to wide range of stakeholders including the Supply Chain Director, Finance Director, CEO of Superdrug, MD of Savers & the Warehouse and Transport Operations team

Key Responsibilities
- Support month end processes in relation to Warehouse & Distribution, owning the posting of costs whilst ensuring that there are robust controls in place to support financial accuracy
- Support with Balance Sheet reconciliations ensuring they are completed with a high degree of accuracy.
- Supporting fleet related costs, including IFRS16 lease accounting / reconciliations
- General reconciliation work ensuring integrity between month end costs and those reported in supporting operational trackers
- Support Weekly Cost calls with DC and Warehouse management
- Contract Spend analysis to support investment and tendering decisions
- Quarterly contract spend tracking vs plan
- Adhoc analysis as required
Person Specification
- Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA Or relevant University degree (Accounting & Finance, Economics, Maths) with a minimum of 2:1 grade.
- Experience using Excel.
- Diligent with attention to detail, self-motivated & enthusiastic
- Ability to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships across the business including working with non-finance customers and third party providers.
