What you'll be doing:

As a Financial Analyst, you will support the FP&A team in financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities across the organization. You will work closely with senior finance professionals to ensure accurate financial data supports decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance reviews. Your role will focus on driving financial insights and contributing to the financial strategy of the organization.

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Analyze financial performance, highlight trends and variances, and provide actionable insights for business decisions.
  • Financial Reporting & Dashboards: Develop custom financial reports and dashboards using MS Power Apps or other reporting tools to visualize financial data. Provide real-time insights into financial performance for management and stakeholders, including KPI management.
  • Finance Business Partnering and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with operational and senior teams to provide financial insights and advice, ensuring alignment with business strategies. Support the creation of project business cases and present financial data clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Automation & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive financial tasks using appropriate tools to increase efficiency within FP&A.
  • Data Analysis & Modelling: Conduct financial data analysis to support decision-making. Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and projections, utilizing advanced Excel functions, MS Power Apps, and coding where appropriate.

What we’re looking for:

  • Significant experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably within financial services or a high-performance environment.
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, with a solid understanding of financial metrics and business drivers.
  • Ability to collaborate with non-financial stakeholders and support strategic decisions through financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills in synthesizing complex data into insights and recommendations for senior management.
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial modelling, reporting, and analysis.
