What you'll be doing:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Analyze financial performance, highlight trends, variances, and provide insights to support decisions.
  • Financial Reporting & Dashboards: Develop reports and dashboards in MS Power Apps or other tools to visualize financial data. Provide real-time insights and support KPI management.
  • Finance Business Partnering and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with operational and senior teams to provide financial insights, ensuring alignment with strategies. Support project business case production.
  • Automation & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using appropriate tools to improve efficiency.
  • Data Analysis & Modelling: Conduct data analysis, develop financial models for budgeting and forecasting, utilizing advanced Excel functions and coding.

What we're looking for:

  • Significant experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in financial services or a high-performance environment.
  • Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with a good understanding of financial metrics.
  • Ability to collaborate with non-financial stakeholders and support decisions through analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills for modeling, reporting, and analysis.
