Your Role: Finance Analyst, Outdoor Gross Margin

Join a high-impact finance team at the heart of Global’s commercial engine. As a Finance Analyst in the Outdoor Gross Margin team, you’ll play a key role in shaping strategic decisions that drive growth, efficiency, and value across the Outdoor business. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders and support relationships with our key franchise partners, delivering impactful financial planning and analysis.

What Success Looks Like

In your first few months, you’ll:

  • Understand and own the reporting cycles to our key franchise partners with a focus on accuracy and transparency.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models and data sets to understand and track performance.
  • Support the delivery of forecasts, budgets, and reporting packs that are used by senior stakeholders to shape decisions.
  • Be able to take monthly performance data and leverage it to drive change and action within the business.
  • Build effective working relationships across Finance and the business, becoming a go-to person for insight on our franchise partnerships.
What You’ll Need
