Introducing hyble!

At hyble, we're not your typical 9-to-5. If that’s what you are looking for, I’d recommend you stop reading now.

We're a fast-growing marketing technology company serving customers in over 50 countries.

Just six years ago, we were a tight-knit team of 12 crammed into a tiny office in a start-up incubator. Fast forward to today, and we’ve transformed into a dynamic team of over 90 passionate individuals spanning three continents partnering with some of the world's biggest alcoholic beverage brands.

Right now, we’re expanding rapidly into North America as a result of signing a transformational contract with the largest Wine and Spirits Distributor in the USA, who also happens to be the 11th biggest privately owned company in the US.

Our Purpose

Our goal is to create a lasting positive impact by disrupting a traditional industry that’s operated the same way for over 50 years.

It blows our minds that sales reps have to spend weeks creating something as simple as a poster. And we’re horrified by the amount of obsolete Point of Sale we see being sent to landfill. So, we're on a mission to solve these issues once and for all.

This innovative approach makes sales reps lives easier by allowing them to support more accounts in less time while also drastically reducing the production of generic marketing content that often ends up in landfill.

What you’ll do;

Hyble is seeking an experienced finance professional to join our new Management Accounts team. Reporting to the Financial Controller and working closely with the Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in optimizing financial operations.

We’re looking for someone with strong management accounting experience, keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive improvements. While an ACCA or CIMA qualification is preferred, it’s not essential.

You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at managing priorities, be advanced in Excel and have hands-on experience in various accounting software.

  • Experience in multi-currency transactions and multi-entity accounting, including consolidation.

Management Accounts & Compliance Support

  • Support the Finance Manager in reconciling balance sheet accounts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with reporting standards.

  • Support compliance efforts by maintaining financial records aligned with regulatory and internal policies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Ad Hoc Support

  • Work with other departments to improve financial processes that impact profitability, such as cost management and pricing strategies.

  • Support the finance team and involvement in other ad hoc responsibilities as required.

What you’ll bring:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a finance department, preferably in financial analysis, reporting, or process optimization.

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting, data analysis, and process improvements.

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial insights.

  • Highly organized with strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively while also taking initiative when problem-solving.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy.

  • Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a passion for identifying inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, data analysis, and process automation.

Not essential, it would be a bonus:

  • Accounting qualification (fully qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience) is a strong advantage.

  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly in optimizing financial workflows and reporting.

  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) to analyze financial data, visualize trends, and support data-driven decision-making.

If you love the sound of this opportunity please apply, we’d love to hear from you.
