Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated in Chelmsford is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the RF Power Financial Controller with all financial activities for the RF Power unit.

You will drive financial analysis, manage overheads, contribute to bids, forecasts, journals and annual plans while ensuring robust financial controls and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvement in the financial management of Marine and Industrial business line
• Provide regular insightful analysis and interpretation of the business results, highlighting opportunities for improved performance and the management of risk
• Manage and control overhead spend (G&A, R&D) spend for RF Power Group
• Provide advice and support for any financial/commercial decisions undertaken within the business, with a focus on delivering improved profitability/profitable growth
• Support periodic processes: preparing journals, reconciliations, forecasts and annual plans
• Provide advice and support in the preparation of customer bids
• Management and delivery of financial projects as required
• Provide oversight to ensure the business operates within the financial controls and procedures of the Teledyne Group, including SOX compliance

As senior financial analyst, you will be supporting the RF Power Financial Controller with all financial activities related to the RF Power business unit.
