Position Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in financial reporting, analysis, and supporting strategic financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing insightful variance analysis.
- Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather financial information and provide financial insights to support business decisions.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Professional Status: Part or recently qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
- Technical Skills: Proficiency working with large data-sets
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
