YOUR ROLE

As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Business Analysts, preparing reports, and providing insights that will support strategic planning and business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor financial performance and deliver actionable recommendations. This role would also be suitable for someone looking to step into a Finance role.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

1. Complete timely weekly postings of central costs.
2. Monitor journals ensuring accurate postings and liaising with cross functional teams.
3. Create, post and distribute the Revenue accrual file on a monthly basis.
4. Distributing the PO report to BA’s and FBP’s on a weekly basis, maintaining control of aged POs by liaising with the teams.
5. Full ownership of weekly and monthly Interfaces (Zenith, Etips and Subit).
6. Deal/escalate any queries and issues to ensure the reports and systems are accurate.
7. Agree and post the weekly Ground journal and month end accrual.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

1. Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or data analyst role.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software is preferred.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
