Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Principal Specialist, Finance AI and Automation Enablement. The role focuses on hands-on Finance transformation, identifying and shaping AI-enabled productivity and process improvements.

You will translate Finance pain points into clear requirements, prototypes, and value-driven recommendations for leaders and partners. The role sits within Finance, expanding as the company grows its data center development pipeline.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Multiple years of progressive experience across finance transformation, finance systems, strategic initiatives, FP&A, controllership, business operations, process improvement, analytics, or technology-enabled Finance change.
Demonstrated experience shaping, testing, documenting, or operationalizing Finance use cases, templates, dashboards, workflow concepts, automations, or AI-enabled prototypes, in partnership with technology owners where appropriate.

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities grounded in real workflow friction and data-quality pain points.
Scope use cases, create prototypes and evidence materials using approved enterprise tools.
Develop templates, analytical models, trackers, and reporting concepts to improve Finance speed and transparency.
Apply product-style practices to Finance use cases including backlogs, testing, and adoption planning.
Document finance requirements, data sources, assumptions, and control considerations for sustainment or scaling.
Represent Finance needs to technology, data, and automation partners with clear requirements.
