Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Principal Specialist, Finance AI and Automation Enablement. The role focuses on hands-on transformation to identify, shape, test, and adopt AI-enabled productivity, process improvement, reporting, and decision-support use cases within Finance.

You will translate finance pain points into concrete requirements, prototypes, templates, and adoption materials for value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or related fields.
• Multiple years of experience in finance transformation and ERP initiatives.
• Experience shaping AI-enabled prototypes and dashboards.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities grounded in real workflow friction.
• Create low-risk prototypes, mockups, and proof-of-value materials.
• Develop templates, models, and dashboards to improve finance speed and accuracy.
• Document requirements, data sources, and control considerations for scale.
• Represent finance needs with technology and data partners.
