The aim of the Investment Advisor scheme is to provide candidates with a comprehensive range of experience and training.

Investment Advisors will provide support and assistance to the branch/desk, but duties and responsibilities will change over time. You are expected adapt to these changing responsibilities and to use them in the learning as well to provide professional support to those using the department’s resources.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Successful applicants will to possess a proactive and sometimes indendent approach, particularly when it comes to studying and build commercial awareness, which require bot self-motivation and commitment.

To study and successfully complete the CISI Masters in Wealth Management within the remaining 30 month period (36 months in total).

Required Skills

Evidence of leadership skills, possibly seen with sporting achievements or responsibilities.

Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.

Understanding/interest in the financial services sector.

A very high level of attention to detail and accuracy is vital.
