ValueFinity, Inc. in Birmingham, England, is seeking an Investment Advisor scheme participant to gain comprehensive training and experience in wealth management. You will support the branch and adapt to evolving duties as you learn.

The aim of the Investment Advisor scheme is to provide candidates with a comprehensive range of experience and training.

Investment Advisors will provide support and assistance to the branch/desk, but duties and responsibilities will change over time. You are expected adapt to these changing responsibilities and to use them in the learning as well to provide professional support to those using the department’s resources.

Successful applicants will to possess a proactive and sometimes indendent approach, particularly when it comes to studying and build commercial awareness, which require bot self-motivation and commitment.

Required Skills

Evidence of leadership skills, possibly seen with sporting achievements or responsibilities.

Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.

Understanding/interest in the financial services sector.

A very high level of attention to detail and accuracy is vital.

Organized and efficient.
