At St James's CE Primary School, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-focused Finance & Data Administration Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong administrative and financial skills to play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our school.
Working under the direction of the School Business Manager, you will provide efficient finance, pupil data and administrative support, ensuring that school systems and records are maintained accurately and professionally.
You will help support key areas including pupil admissions and transitions, school finance processes, statutory data returns and communication with families and external agencies.
