Job summary

Long Clawson Dairy is seeking a Finance Administrator to join the Finance Office team at Long Clawson (LE14 4PJ). The role focuses on entering customer orders onto the company IT system and providing broad finance and administration support in a collaborative environment.

You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00, with a competitive salary and a benefits package including pension, life assurance and bonus schemes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Strong maths and English skills at an excellent level.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office packages.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders onto the company IT system.
• Answer phone calls and assist external/internal customers and suppliers.
• Provide reception support and greet visitors when required.
• Assist with copying invoices and proofs of delivery.
• Input supplier invoices and obtain required authorisation for processing.
• Handle and respond to incoming enquiries in a timely manner.
