You will process sales and purchase invoices, maintain records, assist with banking, reconciliations and month‑end activities, and provide clear financial information to colleagues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a finance or accounts environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Good working knowledge of Excel

Responsibilities

• Processing sales and purchase invoices
• Maintaining accurate financial records and finance systems
• Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Allocating and reconciling payments
• Assisting with bank reconciliations
• Supporting credit control and dealing with customer queries
• Processing employee expenses
• Assisting with month-end activities
• Preparing finance information and reports
• Responding to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks and process improvements
