Overview

CCP is seeking a Finance Administrator to join our expanding team and support the financial administration of our charity. This role is office based, at our Cheltenham Head Office. You will manage accounts payable tasks, including processing purchase orders, supplier and utilities invoices. You will also assist with processing sales invoices as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience using accounting software such as Sage, and excellent organisational, communication and Microsoft Excel skills. You will work closely with staff and suppliers to ensure smooth financial processes and maintain accurate records.

Role: Finance Administrator - Bank (1020). Hours: Vary week to week, as and when needed. Contract: Bank/Casual Agreement. Location: Cheltenham. Pay: £12.60 per hour. Closing Date: 11:59pm 14th October. CCP reserves the right to close the job advert early if needed.
