We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Office Administrator working in our Finance department.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and telephone experience.

As an office Administrator, you'll play a vital part in supporting the team with a diverse range of tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and manage general office communications.
  • Provide general administrative support across the Finance department.
  • Process, administer and reconcile all expense accounts; check mileage claims for errors and process for payment.
  • Review and process bursary applications, including eligibility checks and document verification.
  • Book hotels and transport for staff training/events, ensuring that the most economical form of transport/accommodation is booked and details are provided to staff in a timely manner.
  • Any other duties that may be required from time to time for the smooth running of the business.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in resourcing candidates.
  • Level 2 qualification in Business Administration/Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Confident communicator with a polite telephone manner.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Good energy and positive vibes.
