Join Our Finance Team as a Finance Administrator: Exciting Opportunity to Support Charity Operations
Are you an organised and detail oriented finance professional looking for a part time role? CCP is seeking a Finance Administrator to join our team and support the financial administration of our charity. This role is office based in our Cheltenham Head Office, and comes with a salary of £13,333PA (£25,000 FTE).
This position will form part of our Accounts Payable team who support the financial administration of our charity. The role is 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day Monday-Friday (9am-1pm).
You will manage accounts payable tasks, including processing of supplier invoices and purchase orders. You will also assist with processing sales invoices and assist with the collection of overdue payments.
The ideal candidate will have experience using accounting software such as Sage and excellent organisational, communication and Microsoft Excel skills. You will work closely with staff, customers and suppliers to ensure smooth financial processes and maintain accurate records.
