Join Our Award-Winning Team as our Finance Administrator.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Salary: Upto £30,000

Job type: Fulltime, Permanent

Location: Onsite, Queens Hills, Norwich

About The Role

We are looking for an attentive and focused individual to work within our finance department, playing a vital role in the smooth operation of the business. The role involves overseeing processes related to producing commission statements for consultants and introducers, and updating internal systems regarding payments, including charity deductions. It requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently to ensure accurate financial outcomes for the company.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and follow established processes.
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Experience in a finance-related role.
  • Process and create commission statements.
  • Administer deductions (charity, tree planting, introducers).
  • Resolve consultant queries on payments and commissions.
  • Audit pipelines and update internal records.
  • Monitor KPIs and reconcile banking.
