Qualifications

  • Process daily sales invoices and manage cash receipts.
  • Ensure accurate sales ledger review and support the accounts payables team.
  • Assist with credit control and direct debit management.

The Role:

Due to the success of our business, we are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator . You will be providing provide financial administrative support to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions of the business. Assist in developing and operating finance processes across all areas of the business, providing support to employees and external partners.

As our Finance Administrator your key responsibilities will be:

  • Daily sales invoice review and processing
  • Daily cash receipt allocation
  • Reviewing and ensuring accurate sales ledger
  • Daily processing of customer ticket requests
  • Credit control support
  • Direct Debit management
  • Supporting accounts payables team with Purchase orders, Purchase invoices, expense claims and adhoc tasks

What you’ll bring to toob:

  • Good level of Excel competency

  • Ability to work unsupervised and also confident to work closely with the team
