Are you an organised individual with exceptional attention to detail? Do you enjoy working on administration tasks?We're hiring for a Finance Administrator! In this role you'll be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices whilst resolving queries over the phone and via email, ensuring all tasks are done within a timely manner and accurately to meet targets.

Part of Acacium Group, Bank Partners is theUK’s leading independent expert in managed staff bank solutions to the NHS. We support healthcare professionals to work flexibly whilst providing cover for gaps in rosters that would otherwise impact patient safety.

Every day you will...

  • Log agency invoice queries and feedback to agencies on required corrective action
  • Produce monthly statement reconciliations for secondary agencies ensuring supplieraccounts are up to date
  • Prepare payroll input data for internal/external payroll providers across multiple trusts,taking a proactive approach in correcting pay fails
  • Administer and configure rates on our relevant systemswithinappropriate governance and sign off
